Manage my gift cardsA LITTLE HELP
Good to know.
How do I use my gift card?
Enter your code in the gift card section of your basket or checkout. You can also add it to Gift Cards in your account to keep it handy.
Do I need to spend it all at once?
No. Any unused balance stays on your card for a later order, subject to its expiry date. If your order costs more than your available balance, you can pay the difference at checkout.
My code isn’t working. What should I check?
Copy the full code from your gift card email or printed card, including any dashes. Check for typing mistakes and use this page to see whether your card is available or has expired.
