The new Pro Alloy Raptor Intercooler kit is a simple-to-install upgrade, providing a Lightweight, fabricated, yet durable solution for increased performance and reliability. With impressive gains in both cooling surface area and internal volume, the new Raptor kit requires no permanent changes to the vehicle and can be fitted without a ramp, within an hour. Each intercooler kit is fully assembled and finished in the UK, and comes complete with all required mounting hardware. Entirely fabricated and hand-welded, each intercooler is built around a massive 120mm extruded intercooler core, all handmade in our own workshop. All hose fittings are CNC machined for accuracy, and each intercooler is finished in a robust textured black powder coat. The intercooler features an impressive 54.5% gain in cooling surface area and a massive 87.5% increase in internal volume. The OE intercooler has an internal capacity of only 4 litres; our high-capacity intercooler holds 7.5 litres, which ensures excellent internal flow characteristics. This enables significant increases in boost pressure and flow, which, when combined with the additional cooling power, is a perfect foundation for a high-performance remap.
